Who this is not for
The intake includes a short health screening. We cannot build an automated plan for anyone under 18, anyone pregnant or breastfeeding, anyone currently underweight, or anyone with kidney or significant liver disease, a prescribed therapeutic diet, or a current or recent eating disorder. Some answers — insulin use, bariatric surgery, severe allergies, certain medications — route your intake to a human review before anything is built. If we cannot safely help you, we refund you in full.
Delivery and refunds
Plans are delivered within 48 hours of a completed intake, through a secure download in your account. Because your plan is custom-built for you, refunds are issued before your plan is delivered, and in full whenever we decline or cannot complete your plan. Questions are answered by a real person at the support address included with your plan.
